At Siobhan, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Because our bars are personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives a fresh, safe product. 🧼✨
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our natural products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind or if the product has been opened/used.
We encourage you to read the ingredient lists carefully before purchasing to ensure the products are suitable for your skin type.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items 🛠️🚑
Did your product arrive damaged or did we send the wrong "flavour"? We’ve got you! Please email us at siobhanhandcrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order Number.

Faulty item: A clear photo of the faulty unused item.

Damaged parcel: A clear photo of the damaged parcel in the original box with air way bill

Incorrect item: A clear photo of the incorrect item unopened in its original box.
We will rush a replacement to you at zero extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method! 🚀
3. Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the courier service directly. Siobhan is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is fulfilled in our system, we can no longer cancel it.

While we guarantee the quality of our ingredients, please remember that hair growth is a journey! We recommend consistent use for at least 3-6 months to see the biological transformation in your hair density.
